Log files

Newsletter

We also send a regular newsletter to existing customers and suppliers. We process the name and e-mail address of the recipient. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the promotion of our products and sales promotion. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The newsletter will be sent up to 2 years after the last business contact. Subsequently, the data for sending the newsletter will be deleted.

Furthermore, a newsletter will be sent to the employees of the sister companies. Legal basis for this is a consent acc. Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/), a product of a US company, is used to send the newsletter. Standard data protection clauses have been concluded with Mailchimp in accordance with Art 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

We do not use in the newsletter to our employees neither directly nor indirectly personal evaluation or statistics programs.

Contact via e-mail or contact form

When contacting us via our contact form or E-Mail request, personal data will be processed. The legal base for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. In the event that a contract is concluded, separate information in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR is provided for data processing. If no contract is concluded, the data will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the end of the negotiations.
